How To Transport and Install Welding Gas Cylinders

Step 1: Close Valve, remove gas regulator from welding gas cylinder and screw on cylinder protective cap.  

Step 2: Remove Chain that secures welding gas bottle to welding cart and lift it off with your legs.

Step 3: Carefully Roll welding fast cylinder by supporting top and kicking the bottom softly.

Step 4: Use Legs to lift new welding bottle onto welding cart  

Step 5: Secure bottle, remove protective cap and screw on regulator. 

Step 6: Slowly crack open new gas cylinder and be sure to double check your work flow rate as it can change with the higher pressure of your new welding gas cylinder.
